James Baldwin Civil Rights Awards will honor individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service to the community through civil and human initiatives. Honorees include Maryland State Senator Catherine Pugh, Attorney J. Wyndal Gordon, Esq and Center for Emerging Media founder and WEAA talk radio host Marc Steiner.
