ACE (Arts, Culture and Entertainment)Consortium, a group dedicated to the enrichment of nightlife and entertainment in Baltimore, will host their first annual Bundle Up Baltimore event featuring a coat drive for the homeless. ACE representative Reginald Doblyns discusses Baltimore's homeless issue and giving back to those in need.
