MISSING NC TEEN Phylicia Barnes
Yesterday, I went to visit to an old friend and I noticed this picture of missing teen Phylicia Barnes on the front door of the apartment building. I remember a report on Fox 45 News and another one on WJZ-13 last night. Her mother was clearly upset and worried. As a father of two little girls, I would be as well. I only hope she returns safely to her parents. To ALL parents out there, hug your child a little tighter today and God bless.
