She's opened up for various artists including the late Chuck Brown, Kindred The Family Soul, and hip-hop pioneer Slick Rick. One-on-One with Coach Mack Allison

Mack Allison says he's worked with Baltimore youth for over 26 years. Through martial arts and boxing, he has contributed to keeping teens active and safe with a positive attitude. Allison has now compiled all his knowledge and wisdom in his new book,Coach Mack's Basic Training Guide: Boxing , an insider's manual to the sport and physical fitness.
