One-on-One with Coach Mack Allison
Mack Allison says he's worked with Baltimore youth for over 26 years. Through martial arts and boxing, he has contributed to keeping teens active and safe with a positive attitude. Allison has now compiled all his knowledge and wisdom in his new book,Coach Mack's Basic Training Guide: Boxing , an insider's manual to the sport and physical fitness.

R.I.P. Ronald "Rock" Gibbs

My heart goes out to the Gibbs Family. Although I didn't know Rock personally, I supported him at boxing matches and was pleased with his commitment and sportsmanship. God bless you all doing this difficult time.

One-on-One with Tyrieshia Douglas
With a 25-2 record, DC native Tyrieshia Douglas believes she is ready to show the world what she can do. The 22-year-old boxer is training to compete in London next year for the 2012 Summer Olympics. It will be the first time the Olympics will feature female boxing.
